Brekkie@Foh San DimSum, Ipoh

i was in Ipoh last May to spend some girlie time with my darlings Theng and Kiki. Theng being a hospitable host brought us went jalan jalan cari mum mum since Ipoh is femes for its yummo foods beside lengluis. i put on 2kilos after 3days stay, just imagine the amount of food we had.

one morning, Theng’s friend, Raymond brought us to one of the reputable mountain for brekkie. they say this is berry femes one. must try although pricey.

i likey their decor. got some vintage taste. like those we saw in HK drama themed 60’s. and we are like rich taitais and louyeh tanchan-ing in chalao.

i remembered it tasted nice.

one thing i hate about dimsum is that they likey to add those greeny smelly scallions or spring onions. it gives me goosebumps whenever i ter-mum it. this one still okay i can conveniently pick them out with chopsticks. just imagine u find them in every single dimsum like fishball har gaw siu mai i just wanna die i tell u.

Not Your Average Lurve Story

most of the lurve story started with boy meet girl. then they fall crazily in lurve.

well she pleaded to be different. they have known each other for few years. and it’s only few months back that they found there’s some sparks being lit surround them after a sunrise watching. they clicked instantly, faster than your average two-minute-instant-noodle, she kids you not. in fact, she was giggling when they first smooched. who have thought that they would be together huh? no effing ONE SATU YI YAT. not even the lead actress herself.

to tell the truth, it was not your average relationship, or affair, because there’s more lust than lurve lied within them. they weren’t there for each other most of the time because the states of Seremban, Selangor and Perak part them. she’s one sensual person, she needs real hugs and kisses to feel him and feel safe instead of those virtual xoxo and ‘miss you’. they are not only distanced physically, they are incompatible mentally as well. the longer you are with one person, the more true colours you will see, the better you will know him. or so she thought. she knew that he’s not the one for her, don’t ask how, she just feel that. and she’s right. a gemini is never the perfect boyfriend.

and to tell another truth, the affair ended few days back. both of them have failed to make it happen. it had lasted merely three months, slightly longer than somebuddy (including herself) thought they could have survived. they had experienced sweet and sour pork, spicy and bitter moments together in that three months. remember that lil’ hill where they first watched sunrise, that tree where they first smooched underneath, that hut overlooking a serene polluted lake where they spent many mornings together. their memories are scattered all over the place. that stairs, that road, that waterfront, that seats, that eatery, that lift, that couch, that bathroom, and that room…

sometimes when she’s lonesome (reads: bum here and there doing absolutely nothing at all), her mind wanders. why just can’t she get a guy whom she lurves and he reciprocals eh? that will make things so muchy easier… however, life ain’t always a bed of roses, things liddis make people grows innit? no, don’t get her wrong, she’s not lamenting why this happened. she’s glad that it happened. she’s glad that he is was part of her undergraduate life.

i know i have been a bad bad blogger. no update nor blog-hopping. broadband is dang slow lately and i can’t afford Starbucks regularly. that’s why. *squint* okay la, i admit i’m lazy to edit pichas and drafting post too. any reward for my honestness mou! hehe

so now i’m sitting down enjoying brekkie while doing a bit of blog-hopping! that’s my lappie, Josh, cuppa hot lemon tea, raisin scones which i has eaten one berry soft and yummy and a pair of pretty feet nyek nyek. i is actually feeling a tad drowsy, aftermath of waking up for England vs USA match which drew in the end. what a damper! i think Argentina plays better than England lo, that’s just my humble thought, i know nuts about footie, so don’t come and bombard me with truckloads of jargons ar. i only know GOAL!!!

i’m sipping my hot lemon tea in Bakery as i’m drafting this post while Yiyi is trying to get some bonus from Uncle Lim XD. YUP! i is up at Genting again nyek nyek. it’s so muchy chiller today compared to my previous trip two weeks ago despite it looks sunny out there. BRRRR… how i wish Baby’s here to held me tight in his embrace =(

i’m actually sharing a table with Linda, my newly-made friend! she’s so cheerful and chatty and generous (tenkiu for the treat!). oh did i mention that she’s at her 50’s? she insisted i call her by name instead of adding an Aunty in front haha. oh i have to go now! continue later ar tata hopefully luck’s by Yiyi side so that i can have extra pocket money XD

so where was i yesterday? oh genting. and my new friend, Linda! something u should know about her is that, she’s one fb games addict. duh. she taught me how to night-club =.=||| got Lady Gaga songs somemore. i wonder where the hell she has the time to cook (for the donnowhat cafe), harvest (farm something i think) and spin (night club) when she’s one accountant by profession. and her buddy, Rina, also in her 50′s yet looks gorgeous, is one fb game addict too. quoted from Rina, “i don’t even have the time to check my emails ever since i sign up fb” LOL.

and yay! Yiyi managed to get some bonus from Uncle Lim XD and of course she shared 1/6 with me. that’s why la i lup Yiyi berry muchy <3

later that night, watched third movie of the week, Killers, with KK and XeMin. i would say it’s a action film with some doses of humorous element. not as serious as it seems. the movie comprises good looks plus body plus boobs which are perfect for shallow creatureSSS (inside joke). the only complaint was, the cinema is so full house that we sat at the 1st row. our neck almost patah after 1.5 hours =.=. the night, or morning (4.15am) to be exact ended with yumcha session with the usual tittle-tattle over our tehs and roti canais =)

Updates In Point Form

  • yay i was back for good on the 15th May.
  • then i went back home sweet home in Malacca the next morning.
  • in less than 24hours time, i was back in KL again!
  • i had a short (2d1n) graduation trip up to Genting. thanks to bro, we got to enjoy some privileges like check in at12, buffets at special rate and brekkie at World Club Lounge nyek nyek.
  • spent quality time with my darlings at Ipoh. we ate non-stoply that i put on 2kilos in one week time. bloody hell.
  • had a day trip to Cameron Highland. global warming indeed impacted the temperature there. so muchy warmer than i thought.
  • and stopped by Penang next! char keow teow, laksa, muachi, cendol, kueh chap, har mee, u name it we ate it. i have already forgotten how diet was pronounced that time.
  • visited USM to meet up with some lecturers discussing postgrad matter. yup i is furthering master in Dec, most prolly in USM. things were subjected to changes though.
  • waved tata and headed back to where we belong. except me, i stayed back in KL.
  • to attend cousin, SuLeen jie jie wedding. it was the craziest, most happening wedding dinner i had attended. the guest went wild towards the end, dancing on the stage, then chairs and tables. even the bride, the parents joined us. on chairs LOL. everybuddy’s so sporting. what a great night we had eh!
  • and now, i is scouring for job! le sigh, can’t believe it’s my turn to enter workbloodyforce. only half a year though, i can survive haha. now, anyone wanna offer me a job? i can be contacted at annant.86@gmail.com :)
