my new year resolution #653457656 is to

stay fit and shed off unwanted fats.

i finally step into da gym in my campus for da first time in year 2009.

eh don’t expect something liddis hor

or something liddis.

currently it’s only a small run-down room with equipments like

treadmill

exercise bike

red gym ball

multi-gym and

what do u call this?

da word weight suddenly come to my mind. good.

they are Braine da lying down one and Siva da giant btw

management promised that more canggih equipments will be coming end of next month wo, we wait and see ar.

for a starter like me,

by baby step i mean,

camwhore in da so-called gym

there’s so many HUGE mirror (L) . very nice (da mirrors, not me).

i will be going gym religiously. after CNY.

just in case u think that all i did there for 1 hour was

flashing out my (new!) camera phone and snap snap snap

i did cycle ok. see, so fast some more!

im so gonna lead a healthy lifestyle yo! *flex flabby muscular arm*

but hor, yeaterday after gym i had a heavy dinner and half pint of (B)  :-S 

haih!

all da sweat and burned-calories gone down to drain niao =-O
